She's known for her TV roles as Chloe Kmetko on Make It or Break It, Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach, Bree on Malibu Shores, and Kate Manat on Just Legal. Her best known film roles are as sexy neighbor Jill in Shallow Hal, and as Liz in the Jack Hunter movie trilogy.
